I am a specialist women and men’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapist. I also have a background in personal training and am a qualified yoga teacher – I use all of these skills to help manage my patient’s rehabilitation and recovery.
My approach is to treat your current symptoms, but also to understand and treat the underlying causes of your pain, and any injuries considering the whole person; including lifestyle, activity, nutrition, work and stress levels. I focus on helping you breathe properly as this helps us recover, manage stress and pain and so much more. My passion is helping people stay healthy and active at all life stages, and I have a special interest in menopause. I am lucky enough to live near the Thames and love running along the river and paddle boarding with my dog. I love my meditation practice but being outdoors on the river is its own meditation too.
