I am a pelvic health physiotherapist with 15 years experience in both the NHS and private sector. I have completed a postgraduate MSc in Women’s Health, the APPI pilates Matwork Series and am currently working towards a diploma in psychosexual training. I am currently the Team Lead Physiotherapist at St Mary’s Hospital, Manchester – one of the largest Womens’ Hospitals in the UK, working alongside world-leading obstetricians and gynaecologists.
When I’m not working, I’m a Mum to two young children and enjoying cooking (and eating!), exercise and a glass of red!
