I am a specialist pelvic physiotherapist based in South Manchester, my private practice is called Pelvic Physio Manchester. I also lead a pelvic heath Physiotherapy team at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. I teach pregnancy pilates at The Pilates Rooms in Urmston. When not looking after my toddler daughter I can be find out running or socialising.
