I am a musculoskeletal outpatient physiotherapist with a specialist interest in pelvic health. I worked in a Women’s Health team in Cardiff NHS for 3 years and over this time developed a passion to help and empower women with pain and incontinence in this area.
I have worked for Nuffield Health in Weston-Super-Mare since 2017 and my passion is functional rehabilitation – including for the pelvic floor! My clinic days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday a.m.
Outside of work I enjoy running, keeping fit and spending time with my family including 2 young children who have provided opportunity to practise what I preach in recent years!
