I graduated from Teesside University in 2010 with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. I currently work in the NHS as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. I also work at this privately and teach pilates classes, including ante natal and post natal.
I have completed postgraduate training with the POGP among other training courses with a specialist interest in the female athlete, ante natal and post natal patients. I have a keen interest in exercise personally, anything from pilates to tennis and crossfit.
I am really passionate about prevention and treatment of all pelvic health issues, especially when it comes to helping patients achieving their goals. I think education and knowledge about pelvic health is so important to enable us to look after ourselves well.
