Camilla graduated from Nottingham University in 2003 and after moving back to London soon specialised in the field of Women’s Health physiotherapy, treating both ante-natal and post-natal women for musculoskeletal pain conditions and women of all ages for pelvicfloor related problems. Having worked as a senior Women’s Health physio at both Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and St Georges Hospital in London, she moved to SIX Physio in 2010 to set up and run their Women’s and Men’s Health service (now based across 6 Clinics) and is passionate about helping her patients resolve their problems and return to a full, active life.
She has completed a Masters-level Post-graduate Certificate in Women’s Health physiotherapy (with distinction), is a qualified acupuncturist and Pilates instructor and is an antenatal teacher on ‘The Bump Class’ and has contributed to their Antenatal Book.
She is a full member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP) and having been responsible for co-ordinating their nationwide program of Women’s Health physio training courses, she now sits on their National Conference Organising Committee. She has recently been awarded the Ann Bird Award for her professionalism and excellence in educational development and for her contribution to Women’s Health physiotherapyand the POGP.
She has 2 young children and loves skiing and travelling out of work.
