As a pelvic health physiotherapist, and mother of two, I fully understand how the physical challenges in a woman’s life can become an emotional burden. Often baffled, in pain, embarrassed, overwhelmed and always inconvenienced, women come to me for answers to their questions: Is this normal? Will it get better? Will I need surgery?
No matter what age you are, whether it’s urinary incontinence, a sensation of prolapse, back pain or a tummy gap, amongst many other conditions, I am here to listen and above all help you, by providing a calm, professional service.
My clinics are Haven Wellness, Crystal Palace, and I also offer a home visiting service to clients who are based in postcodes local to SE19.
I worked as a professional dancer for over 10 years, performing with Matthew Bourne’s ‘New Adventures’ and in Musical Theatre, both internationally and in the West End. Once I retired as a dancer, having experienced some very effective treatment over the years, I decided to retrain as a physiotherapist.
Having graduated from St. George’s Medical School with a Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) degree in 2009, I have since worked as a senior physiotherapist in Pelvic Health and Musculoskeletal services at St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust, and at Vita Health private physiotherapy clinic in London.
