Rated 5 stars by patients
“I was really pleased with the amount of personal attention I received in regards to my prolapse etc. It was very worthwhile and worth the money. I can see this type of hybrid service working, because patient understanding of the facts and choices is key to preventative medicine and treatment. If patients had a hybrid service like this consultation, I feel it would be invaluable and stop patients worrying so much!! Seeing someone who is a specialist rather than a GP is better!!!!!”

FAQs
Is a virtual consultation better than a face-to-face consultation?
Virtual care is more accessible and convenient, however it is not always easy to address certain issues in a virtual appointment. Therefore there is still a role for face-to-face examinations. However, there is much that can be done virtually and often the first and most important step is being able to discuss your concerns and access advice. Covid also taught us that we can operate much more than we ever expected in the ‘virtual world’. Your specialist will advise you about seeing someone face to face if they think that will be helpful.
How do I know my clinician is a qualified expert?
Before clinicians are registered with the Squeezy virtual health consultation service, clinicians are vetted by our admin support team. We check to see whether they are HCPC and POGP registered and ensure they have no claims against them. That way you can be assured that your clinician is a qualified pelvic health specialist.
Can I get a refund?
You are free to cancel your appointment at any time without stating a reason, provided that 24 hours-notice is given for any booked appointments. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours ahead of the appointment will be fully refunded. Failure to provide 24 hours-notice of a cancellation for any reason will incur a cancellation charge, which is the full cost of the consultation booked. This is because, with less than 24-hours-notice we are unlikely to fill that appointment slot again. Reminder emails and messages are also sent as a courtesy to prevent this. Should you wish to cancel please follow the steps on the booking site, alternatively you can visit the following link: https://consultation.squeezyapp.com/v2/#client/bookings/type/upcoming
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be terminated and you will be fully charged. If you are less than 15 minutes late, your clinician will still conduct your appointment however, at the discretion of the clinician your appointment will be shortened by the number of minutes you were late.
