The best way to try to find your muscles is to take a deep breath in and then sigh out. And then squeeze the muscles around the back passage and front passage as if you’re desperate to have a wee or as if you’re desperate to pass wind and you’re stood in front of a member of the Royal family and imagine trying to stop it.
