I qualified as a chartered physiotherapist 14 years ago and alongside The Havelock Clinic I work at a central London NHS Trust managing one of the largest pelvic health physiotherapy teams in the UK.

I help people with pelvic floor problems including urinary or faecal incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, difficulties with sex (including pain and erectile dysfunction), chronic pelvic pain and those after prostate surgery. My particular interest is female sex problems (including vulvodynia, vaginismus and persistent genital arousal disorder).

I am very passionate about educating people about their pelvic floor and empowering them to be able to achieve their goals with increased confidence.

I have completed a Masters level postgraduate certificate in physiotherapy in women's health at the University of Bradford. I am the physiotherapist representative on the British Association of Sexual Health & HIV Special Interest Group in Sexual Dysfunction. Farhana is a specialist women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Cape Town and started her career in the South African equivalent of the NHS, before relocating to London in 2008. She has worked in various NHS and private clinics in London including The Princess Grace Hospital, Little Venice Pilates and Physiotherapy, and 108 Medical Chambers.

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2009 and since then I’ve combined my love of travel with my work, and I’ve worked in Dublin, Uganda, Singapore and now, London!

I’ve worked across a wide range of environments – private and public hospitals, private clinics and gyms. It was when I was working at a clinic in a gym that had a busy nursery and creche attached to it, that I started to understand the importance of being able to help women during pregnancy and postnatally. This was the catalyst to spur me on to study and learn more about the different aspects of women's health physio. I am passionate in working with my clients to help them achieve the goals that they want to achieve.

Aisling is a specialist Musculoskeletal and Pelvic health physiotherapist who has experience working in both Ireland and the UK. After graduating from Trinity College with Hons(BSc) Aisling started her career in private practice in Dublin. Here she developed her passion for Spinal Rehab and Women’s Health. She completed post graduate studies in Urinary Incontinence, Pilates, and Strength and Conditioning.

In 2018, Aisling was Head Physiotherapist of a medical team who helped 12 teenagers with scoliosis to climb Kilimanjaro. The team were awarded patient education project of the year by the Irish Health Care awards 2019. Charlotte qualified from the University of Northumbria in 1998. She started her career at Sunderland Royal Hospital before moving down south to work at Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals where she completed her rotations and developed her interest in Women's health. Alongside this she completed her Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy at the Royal Veterinary College working part time treating animals at her local veterinary surgery.

She also performs urodynamics, bladder instillations, pessary fitting and prescribes medication as needed. Rochelle completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (with honours) at The University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2001 and went on to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise for Women from The University of Melbourne in 2004. Holly has worked within the field of pelvic health for over 10 years. She has worked across three London teaching hospital, gaining a wealth of experience and learning from some of the best. She continues to work part time for the NHS and will be taking on a new and exciting role next year as the North Central London Perinatal Pelvic Health Lead.

Holly also has plenty of experience working in the private sector, having worked part time for Boost Physio in East Finchley since 2014. More recently she has set up her own practice, called Pelv Health in Muswell Hill, North London.

Holly has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Pelvic Health Advanced Clinical Practice from Brunel University and returns next year to complete the masters. Furthermore, she has extended her scope of physiotherapy practice to include non-medical prescribing and pessary management.

Christien Bird MSc, MCSP is a Chartered Physiotherapist and is the practice owner of the White Hart Clinic which opened its doors in 1995. Clinically she specialises in women's health physio and Ultrasound imaging of the pelvic floor muscles and perineal evaluation. She treats women who have not fully regained their urinary or bowel control following delivery as well as those mums that appear to make a good recovery but develop incontinence or organ prolapsed years later. She recenlty completely an international certification course to further develop her understanding of how to support women in their 'third age" (peri and post menopause).

Before starting up the clinic, she worked as superintendent physiotherapist at the out-patients department at the Central Middlesex Hospital and as a research coordinator.
