Jenny is a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Leads the Pelvic Health Service at Mint Wellbeing.

She has over 18 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist and for the last 9 years has specialised exclusively in the management of females across all life stages. She treats a variety of conditions including stress incontinence, prolapse, overactive bladder, faecal incontinence, sexual pain, vulval pain issues, pelvic pain, lumbar pain and has a special interest in the management of diastasis and abdominal wall rehabilitation.

Jenny is a mum of three and loves to stay active herself. She is down-to-earth and approachable. Having managed her own prolapse journey and post natal anxiety, she has first-hand experience of both the physical and emotional considerations postnatally, and is passionate about supporting women with what they CAN do not a list of things they CAN'T.
