I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin in 2003 and have worked within the NHS and private practice since then. I became passionate about women’s health about 8 years ago and have sought out postgraduate training in pregnancy and postnatal related conditions such as PGP, pelvic floor dysfunction and abdominal diastasis. I have dedicated my career to help keep women on track during pregnancy and after baby arrives. I’m a mum to 3 boys. When not doing a school run or hanging out in the park with my sons, I enjoy cycling to work and at the moment some light yoga!
