I started specialising within pelvic health in 2015. I am passionate about helping people get back to the activities they love and I take a holistic approach to treatment. I pride myself on keeping up to date with the latest research and I have completed courses with some of the leading figures in pelvic health such as Julie Wiebe, Sarah Duvall and Antony Lo.
I love exercise especially running but more recently I have been mostly enjoying strength training. I have two young children and a number of rescue animals that keep me very busy outside of work.
